Atelier Noir

Sculpting space through architectural shadow.

We reject surface decoration. Our practice aligns structural precision with custom-fabricated furniture, creating monolithic residential environments defined by light and rare materials.

/ Philosophy

We believe a room is shaped by what we choose to exclude. By stripping away the superfluous, we expose the structural truth of a space, allowing raw materials and natural light play to dictate the atmosphere.

The discipline of editing

If a material cannot age beautifully over fifty years, it does not enter our workshop. We select honed Belgian bluestone, fumed oak, and raw metals that acquire character through time.

Atelier Fabrication

Monolithic Assembly

We analyze the architectural geometry of your residence, mapping the natural light paths and defining the structural axes.

Our in-house craftsmen build every signature furniture piece to millimeter precision, matching the exact grain of the surrounding space.

We oversee the integration of architecture, custom joinery, and rare materials, delivering a singular, cohesive environment.

The Workshop

Where rigor meets tactile craft

Led by architects and master cabinetmakers, our Paris and New York workshops bridge the gap between structural drawing and physical form. We do not source; we create.

Every credenza, dining table, and wall panel is hand-finished under directional studio light, ensuring that the finished work behaves as functional art.
